The stage is almost set for the World’s largest or biggest Medical Health Camp in Surat to be held on 29th October 2017 and organised by R K HIV Aids Centre and several businesses and businessmen in Surat have come forward to support the camp in a myriad of ways, not just financial, but also logistic, human resource and statistical as well.

With over 10,000 medical experts including doctors, para medics and medical professionals and over 300 Pharma and Medicine companies in attendance, the event is likely to witness a footfall of nearly 8 to 10 lakh individuals who will benefit from this camp.
Several film and TV stars are expected in be in attendance at the World’s largest and biggest medical and health camp in Surat.
According to the organisers – R K HIV Aids Centre, over 10,000 medical professionals including over 6000 doctors and 300 pharma companies are expected to converge at the World’s Largest Medical & Health camp in Surat on 29th October 2017.
A historical – first of its kind medical check-up camp is being organized by Mumbai based NGO R K HIV Aids Research and Care Centre with the help of local organizations in Surat on 29th October 2017 and nearly 5 lakh people would get free check up and treatment and health accident insurance depending on requirement at his camp, claimed the organisers in a press release accessed by IndiaScribes.com.
The organizers said that they would bear the expenses up to Rs 20 lakh from Rs 20,000 for needy patients for their operations and surgeries .
Nearly 5,000 doctors from different faculties including general and specialized branches would give their services in this camp to check and treat the patients along with 10,000 paramedical staff.
Over the past five years, R K HIV has successfully conducted 7971 medical camps in which over 37,71,578 patients were screened in states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, MP, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, Orissa. A cross-sectional survey in an urban slum and surrounding rural areas was conducted to understand the various health hazards affecting the key socio-demographic patterns and the precautionary measures and actions taken if any by the class.
