When Bigg Boss 11 contestant Arshi Khan found a dead fly in Blue Pine Artesian Water?

Last year in July 2017, Arshi Khan had called a press conference to show the media how premium branded packaged drinking water bottles were not bottled properly and were unsafe for consumption. The press conference was attended and covered by some local and You Tube channels.

According to Arshi Khan who spoke to IndiaScribes.com, she had purchased the water bottles of Blue Pine water (branded as Blue Pine Artesian Water) from the Star Mall in Mira Road around the first week of July 2016. While one bottle had a dead fly in it, the other bottles did not have any seal on them. She had claimed she had all the bills and had also brought the faults to the notice of the sales persons at the Star Mall, who did nothing to remedy her problem.

“There was only a twist cap, which could be opened and refitted without any one knowing,” Arshi Khan had claimed.

At that time, the news did not make headlines, but IndiaScribes and other websites did run the news, says Arshi Khan’s publicist Flynn Remedios, adding that Arshi Khan wanted to caution consumers about the lackadaisical attitude towards health and safety even by premium brands.
